Stefanie S. Cutler

Stefanie Cutler focuses her practice on trust & estate litigation and post death administration. Additionally, she handles disputed conservatorship and guardianship matters.

Ms. Cutler graduated law school from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. She received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California prior to being the managing partner at Ruttenberg Cutler Broomer, LLP. Ms. Cutler was an associate attorney and then senior council at Bloom and Ruttenberg.

Ms. Cutler is the former chair of the trust and estate section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is also the past co-chair of the trust and estate section for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Ms. Cutler is a contributor to the CEB practice guides and annual editor. She lectures across Southern California.
