ANDREW J. SOMMER

ANDREW J. SOMMER is a partner in Conn Maciel Carey's San Francisco office. Mr. Sommer advises employers on a wide range of employment-related issues, and defends against claims of wrongful termination, whistleblowing, discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour violations. He is a frequent author on employment law matters, with his articles appearing in HRHero.com, Lexology and Law360. Mr. Sommer has served on the boards of community nonprofits. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

KATHARINE CHAO

KATHARINE CHAO is the founder of Chao Legal in Oakland. She practices all aspects of employment law on behalf of clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and has specialized in litigation her entire career. Ms. Chao also has experience litigating business disputes, real estate disputes, and personal injury matters. Ms. Chao received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
