DANIEL B. MYERS
DANIEL B. MYERS, is a partner in the real estate and land use groups at Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP in Oakland, California and represents real estate clients in all aspects of real property transactions, with a particular emphasis on retail, commercial, and office leasing and purchase and sale transactions. Dan also works with clients to obtain land use approvals and permits, and he conducts due diligence activities on behalf of clients contemplating the acquisition of properties. Dan recently concluded his term as a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. Dan regularly speaks on real estate topics and is the co-author of several chapters in the Continuing Education of the Bar’s (CEB) Retail Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease and Office Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease. He received a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
JUDITH Y. TANG
JUDITH Y. TANG, Wendel Rosen Black & Dean, Oakland, is a partner and a co-chair of the firm’s trusts and estates department where she provides comprehensive personalized estate planning and trust/estate administration services. She helps clients prepare wills, trusts, life insurance trusts, durable powers of attorney, Advance Health Care Directives and related documents to protect loved ones and minimize gift tax, estate tax, income tax, and property tax consequences. Her practice also includes representation of trustees, executors, administrators and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization. Judith is an author and lecturer for the State Bar of California and the Continuing Education of the Bar. She graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Japanese Studies. Judith earned her juris doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco.
