Kristin Capritto, Downey Brand, Sacramento, assists clients in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration and probate. A trained mediator, Kristin can provide clients with alternative dispute resolution when conflicts arise.

She has amassed more than 300 hours of mediation and negotiation training, both locally and internationally, and has participated in peacebuilding processes involving both interpersonal conflict and political conflicts at the community level on an international scale. She received her J.D., from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her M.A., Conflict Resolution, from Brandeis University, The Heller School for Social Policy and Management.
DANIEL C. KIM
Daniel C. Kim, Weintraub, Sacramento,is an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of Trust and Estate litigation including fiduciary abuse, elder financial abuse, contested trust administrations, probate, and contested conservatorships.
Prior to joining Weintraub Tobin, Daniel was an associate at a global law firm and has an extensive background in complex civil litigation. Daniel received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was on the editorial board for the McGeorge Law Review as its Chief Symposium Editor. During law school, Daniel also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Mendez, Federal Court Judge in the Eastern District of California. Daniel received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to practice before California state courts and all U.S. District Courts in California.
