  • Troubleshooting
    1. System Requirements
      • Windows 7 or higher
      • Mac OS X 10.9 or higher
      • iOS 9 or higher
      • Android OS 4 or higher
      • Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari (latest version)
      • Adobe Flash Player (latest version)
      • PDF Viewer (Adobe Reader or modern web browser)
    2. Are On Demand programs mobile-compatible?
      • CEB OnDemand Streaming Audio and Video are easily accessible from any Windows, OSX, Android, or iOS device. To download these files directly to your device, you will need to be able to perform the following functions:
        • The ability to store files downloaded from websites.
        • The ability to unzip a ZIP File.
      • Most devices do not have both abilities built into their systems, however, there are numerous third-party apps that can be found to assist you with this process.
    3. How long will the On Demand programs remain in MyCEB library?
      • Access to On Demand programs expires upon the earlier of:
        • 4 months from the date the program is first available to you (either purchase date or later release date)
        • OR
        • the expiration of your Passport used to purchase the On Demand program.
    4. How do I view the slide presentations?
      • Many On Demand programs have accompanying slide presentations. Slides will advance automatically during an On Demand streaming program. You may also advance forward and backward manually using the toolbar buttons to preview or review a slide. When the next slide change occurs, the PowerPoint presentation will attempt to sync with the program in progress. If slides are used, a PDF printout of the slides will be included in the Reference Materials.
    5. How is my attendance verified?
      • You have the option of streaming or downloading programs. If you choose to stream the program, your attendance is verified as you watch. You can exit the program at any time. When you return, your program will resume play where you left off. Once you have completed viewing all segments, your CLE certificate will be available on your MyCEB account log of programs.
      • If you choose to download the program as an MP3, there are attendance verification code words inserted throughout the presentation. At the conclusion of the program, return to MyCEB and enter the code words in order to get your certificate.
      • Please note that CEB's attendance verification requires that you complete all segments using a single format—the streaming version or the downloaded version (if available).
      • Subsequent viewings of the On Demand program may be eligible for self-study credit, but will not change the one-time participatory credit reflected in your CLE certificate. CLE certificates are not issued or required by the State Bar for self-study hours.
    6. How do I get my MCLE and specialization credit certificate?
      • When the program is complete, you can click on "MCLE Certificate" link in your MyCEB CLE Programs library.
      • For MP3's, return to MyCEB and enter the code words to get your certificate.
  • After the program
    • Complete program evaluation.
    • To receive your MCLE certificate, we must have verification that you completed the program.
    • CEB's attendance verification process requires that you complete the program using a single format - streaming or MP3. For streaming, you can check your MCLE completion status, and when the program is complete, view and print your MCLE certificate. For MP3 viewing, you will need to keep track of several attendance verification codes and enter them on the "MCLE certificate" link, once you have completed viewing the program.
