What is my CEB account number?

Attorneys. If you are a California attorney, your CEB account number is the same as your six-digit State Bar Number (if you have a five-digit number, please start your account with a zero), or your firm's customer number.

Firms & other professionals. Your account number would have been created by CEB Customer Service at the time of your or your firm's first purchase. You can find the account number on prior invoices, or you may ask CEB Customer Service to look up your account number at 1-800-232-3444, 7:30am to 5:00pm (PT), M-F.

How do I obtain an account number?

If you are a member of the State Bar of California, your state bar number is also your CEB account number. If you are not a member of the State Bar of California or are making a purchase for your firm, organization, or library, please call CEB Customer Service at 1-800-232-3444 to establish a CEB customer number.

Whenever you make a purchase with CEB, whether on ceb.com or by phone, fax, or mail, you will need a CEB account number. CEB does not sell, rent, exchange, loan, or otherwise distribute customer information to any outside agency.

What is my account balance?

To find out your account balance, contact CEB Customer Service at 1-800-232-3444, 7:30am to 5:00pm (PT), M-F.

How do I register at ceb.com?

Click on Register on the top right of any ceb.com web page.

How do I sign into MyCEB?

Click on My Account/MyCEB™ on the top right of any ceb.com web page, and sign in using your User Name and password.

What if I forgot my User Name or Password?

1. Click on My Account/MyCEB™ on the top right of any ceb.com web page.
2. Click on Forgot your User Name or password? on the Sign In screen, and confirm your identity by answering the question you chose during registration. Your User Name and password will be sent to your email address.

How do I change my personal information online?

1. Sign into My Account/MyCEB™ using your User Name and password.
2. On the left navigation bar menu, under My Information, click on Personal Information. You will be taken to a screen where you can easily update your personal information.

How do I change my User Name and/or Password?

1. Sign into My Account/MyCEB™ using your current User Name and password.
2. On the left navigation bar menu, under My Information, click on User Name & Password. You will be taken to a screen where you can change your User Name and password.

How do I view my CLE Passport usage?

1. Sign into My Account/MyCEB™ using your User Name and password.
2. On the left navigation bar menu, under My Information, click on CLE Passport Usage. Your CLE Passport usage information will appear.

How do I pay my bill online?

Paying your bill online with your credit card is fast and easy.

1. Sign into My Account/MyCEB™ using your User Name and password.

2. On the left navigation menu under Online Services select Pay Bill. Click image to enlarge.

3. You have two payment options: Pay the entire amount or view and select open invoices.

4. To pay in full select that option and click Continue. Fill in credit card information and click Make Payment button. You will then see a payment confirmation. Click image to enlarge.

5. To pay selected invoices, choose that option and click Continue. Check the empty boxes next to the invoices to pay. You may click on the "+" sign by an individual invoice for more information about that invoice. Once the invoices are selected click Yes to process payment. Click images to enlarge.

Fill in credit card information and click Make Payment button. You will receive a payment confirmation.
