JUDGE SCOTT GORDON

Judge Scott GordonJudge Scott Gordon is a Judge with the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He was appointed to the bench by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2010, after serving as a court commissioner since 2002. He is currently the Supervising Judge of the Criminal Division. He has also served as Supervising Judge in the Family Law Division. Before his commissioner service, Judge Gordon served with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for 16 years, and as a police officer and detective for the Santa Monica Police Department for 8 years. Judge Gordon graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills in 1980 with a B.S. Degree in Public Administration. He is an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Southwestern Law School, which he attended while serving as a police officer.

JUDGE RENÉE KORN

Judge Renée KornJudge Renée Korn is a Judge with the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She was appointed to the bench in July 2009. She currently works at the Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Downtown Los Angeles. Judge Korn graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and History. Judge Korn attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and graduated in May 1990.
