AGNIESZKA K. ADAMS Roisman Henel LLP, Oakland

Agnieszka K. AdamsAgnieszka Adams is a partner at Roisman Henel LLP, and is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law.

Agnieszka has been recognized by her peers as one of Northern California’s “Rising Stars” from 2012 through 2016. She is a member of the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Barristers Club Section of the San Francisco Bar Association. Agnieszka also volunteers her time at the Alameda County Bar Association VLSC Guardianship Clinic. Agnieszka attended the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom where she earned a Bachelor of Laws degree.

She received her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Agnieszka is a native of Poland and lives with her husband and son in San Francisco.

Ms. Bergman received her JD from UC Davis School of Law She also earned a Master of Science degree in applied mathematics from Long Beach State with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from UCLA.

Ms. Bergman actively serves on the board of the Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers' Alliance and has served on the board of the Multi-Cultural Bar Alliance and the UCLA Asian Pacific Alumni Board of Directors.
