Michael Rosen-Prinz, McDermott Will & Emery LLP, Los Angeles, focuses his practice on estate planning, trust administration and charitable planning. Michael regularly counsels clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and business succession planning as well as estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. Michael also has substantial experience with international estate, trust and tax planning, including advising clients on issues related to foreign trusts and entities, structuring foreign ownership of US real estate, and planning for individuals moving to and from the United States.
