NICOLE D. WARMERDAM

NICOLE D. WARMERDAM, Carr McClellan, PC, Burlingame. Ms. Warmerdam is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She assists clients with drafting and implementing their estate plans, petitioning the probate court to resolve issues relating to estates and trusts, and navigating the process of administering estates and trusts after death. Ms. Warmerdam frequently advises clients regarding the minimization of gift, estate, and property taxes. Her practice has focused on non-tax issues affecting the planning and administration of estates and trusts, such as marriage analysis and property co-ownership for same-sex and unmarried couples, family business management succession, planning for vulnerable beneficiaries and the protection of assets from creditors. Ms. Warmerdam received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
