Teresa A. Mcqueen

TERESA A. MCQUEEN is a senior attorney at Pedersen • McQueen, APLC, a small firm in Irvine California that provides legal services in the areas of employment, wrongful termination and discrimination litigation. Teresa represents individuals in all areas of employment litigation and also provides employment counseling to a variety of companies on every aspect of the employment relationship. Teresa’s work in the area of employment law has resulted in her being named a 2007, 2012, and 2013 Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine. Teresa is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association (“OCBA”), State Bar of California, and American Bar Association. She is a contributing author to the State Bar publication “Opening and Managing a Law Office,” Vol II, and is an active speaker on employment law, ethics, and discovery related matters. Having served six years on the OCBA Board of Directors, Teresa has functioned in various roles such as the Chair of the OCBA Young Lawyers Division, and Chair of the OCBA Solo/Small Firm Practitioner Section. Teresa currently serves as Co-Chair of the OCBA’s Bridging the Gap Committee. Teresa earned her J.D. degree from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California.
