DAVID M. MAJCHRZAK

DAVID M. MAJCHRZAK

DAVID M. MAJCHRZAK is an attorney with Klinedinst PC who works primarily out of the San Diego office. He is a seasoned ethicist and civil litigator who counsels attorneys on ethics and assists professionals in malpractice claims and disciplinary matters before state and federal bodies. He performs law office risk management reviews, trains law firm staff in ethics requirements, and advises on a variety of ethics topics including ancillary business ventures, conflicts of interest, fees and billing requirements, trust account procedures, multijurisdictional practice requirements, and ethics requirements for law firm advertising. Mr. Majchrzak recently completed service as a member of the State Bar’s Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct and as chair of its outreach subcommittee. He is an executive committee member and incoming vice chair of the San Diego County Bar Association’s invitation-only Legal Ethics Committee and is also co-editor and co-author of Ethics Quarterly, produced by the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Majchrzak served for four years as president of the William L. Todd, Jr. American Inn of Court and on the American Inns of Court national program awards committee for two years. He also was recently elected to serve as a director of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Association.
