SHANE M. CAHILL

SHANE M. CAHILL is a Senior Counsel at Long & Levit LLP. His practice is focused on defending lawyers and other professionals, employers, and California businesses large and small. He is an experienced trial lawyer with a broad civil litigation background representing insurers, small and large businesses, governmental entities, and individuals. He has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation from depositions through jury trial/binding arbitration, and appeals. Mr. Cahill has also resolved numerous cases through mediation and in pre-litigation negotiations. He is a graduate of Cal State Fresno and Golden Gate University School of Law in 2003, where he graduated second in his class. He has previously written on client trust accounting issues for Cal Lawyer.
