JONATHAN M. DEER

JONATHAN M. DEER  is a senior litigator at Turner Aubert & Friedman LLP, Beverly Hills. His extensive commercial litigation experience includes numerous trials in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations. Mr. Deer also provides general business and real estate advice to high-profile public figures, real estate investors and developers, brokers, lenders, manufacturers, entertainment ventures, and other businesses. He spent his early career working in-house in business and legal affairs for New Line Cinema and Trump Wilshire Associates (a business venture that included both high-profile real estate development and motion picture activity). Mr. Deer receive his BA, cum laude, from the University of South Florida and his JD, with honors, from the University of Florida.

ERIC S. OTO's practice includes complex business litigation, professional liability matters, insurance litigation, and general trial practice. Before founding his own firm in 1997, Mr. Oto was a senior litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Crosby, Heafey Roach & May. Mr. Oto has represented dozens of corporations of all sizes and in diverse industries with respect to contract, liability, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Oto is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Japanese-American Bar Association, and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Oto received his BS from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
