 LOCATION
CEB is located in the Rotunda Building on the northeast side of Frank H. Ogawa Plaza in downtown Oakland. There are entrances on Telegraph Ave. next to Men's Wearhouse, on 16th Street, and on the Plaza between Bistro Burger and Saigon Restaurant near the circle where San Pablo Ave. ends. Check in with the Security Guard, then take the elevators to the 4th floor. Look for Suite 410. Enter and sign in with the Receptionist. Please note we do not have a retail outlet at this location. PARKINGGarages are noted on the map with a P. The Rotunda Garage is the closest parking structure with entrances from 16th and 17th Streets between San Pablo and Telegraph. The pay point for this garage is on San Pablo between 16th and 17th Streets; pay before retrieving your car and exiting.
BARTExit BART at the Oakland City Center/12th Street station. Exit the station by following the signs to the 14th Street exit. Use the stairs/escalator on the northwest side and keep walking in the same direction. The Rotunda is the second building on the right in that direction. The entrance is located after Bistro Burger.
DRIVING FROM SF OR NORTHFrom I-580 east or west, take 980 to Downtown Oakland. Exit at 18th Street, turn left onto 17th Street. After passing San Pablo Ave. turn right into Rotunda Garage.
OAKLAND AIRPORT OR SOUTHTake I-880 North to Downtown Oakland. Exit to I-980. Get off at 11th Street, continue to Clay Street, turn left. Turn right from Clay Street onto 17th and right into Rotunda Garage.
