Key Evidence Issues: The Jefferson Approach
3 hours MCLE credit

Expert trial lawyers will describe their methods for getting favorable evidence admitted and unfavorable evidence excluded. Stating and explaining rules of evidence, then using hypotheticals from actual cases to demonstrate the rules, the panelists will analyze how to apply the Evidence Code to specific fact situations and demonstrate how they would go about introducing, objecting to, or ruling on evidence.

Experience Level: Advanced—Litigation and trial experience is presumed.
